Dear all,
I don’t like the fact that the textbook uses this written form for dates: “7 June”. As you know, even if they write it like this, the way we read this is “(on) the seventh of June”. So I corrected the “st, nd, rd, th” and the “of” bits, though I did not include the “on”, but I’m not happy, anyway.
For Básico 1, I think you should write the complete date as people read it, except for the number, which should be a number. Like this:
“I would like to make a reservation for a double room from the 1st to the 6th of September.”
