  1. Happiness

Yes, your sweet eyes. But then – I saw this African woman, an outcast, on a dust road, headed for a village somewhere in Kenya. No water-hunting. No running away from war. She wanted to explain something. And you could sense it — happiness. She was doing what she wanted to do.

  2. Breaking News

Good News are No News, ever.

Just imagine they were… What would become of us?

Wouldn’t we stop feeling guilty, afraid? Hey, look at people’s strength!
    Wouldn’t that be inspiring?
Wouldn’t we then appreciate more what we have?
Have enough courage to find what we don’t?

  3. Loving Loving Words

The words we use reflect our understanding of the world. When we find a new word we feel does not challenge it, like “airbag”, we adopt it. Words that tell us we need to uproot some perception solve some misperception or change, like “positive discrimination”, are laughed at, mistreated, rejected.

I looked around at my friends´ faces. We all were really scared and knew the end was near. We were thrown into a boiling pot. We struggled trying to escape but all our efforts were in vain. Afterwards a man said: “Hey! these snails were delicious, compliments to the chef.”

  5. Excellent, Alejandro. Your minisaga has been added to the 2009-2010 Avanzado 2 minisaga webpage on our site! Thanks!
